Apprentices, Junior Company, Senior Company
The high school classes meet twice a week and study ballet, pointe, jazz, and tap.
Ballet - in ballet we focus on getting stronger on pointe and work on technique combining classical ballet with more lyrical styles. Partnering is introduced in the Junior Company ballet class. The graduating seniors choreograph their own "senior special" dance for the performance.
Jazz - we teach a combination of several styles of jazz from the classical Fosse to contemporary, lyrical, and musical theater.
Tap - combines styles from classical Broadway tap and kick lines to rhythm tap and more up-to-date styles.
